James Tofa
James Tofa impressed the coaches with his performances for College Old Boys on the wing. But he is comfortable anywhere in the backline and is a handy goalkicker to boot. His star showing was a five try effort against Feilding Old Boys-Oroua. He eventually went on to claim the season's best and fairest award. He then made his Turbos debut against Taranaki.
