Ngani Laumape Named an All Black

The Manawatu Turbos would like to send a huge congratulations to our very own midfield wrecking ball Ngani Laumape.

Off the back of an exceptional season so far for the Hurricanes, Laumape has been selected as part of the 33-man squad named by the All Blacks to play the Lions.

Touted as a potential bolter, he has impressed selectors enough by dominating Super Rugby as both an explosive finisher, and as a constant provider for midfield partner Vince Aso.

Also named in the squad were Turbos Aaron Smith and Aaron Cruden, with Otere Black and Nehe Milner-Skudder being named in the Maori All Blacks.

The Turbos wish all involved in the upcoming fixtures the best of luck, and can’t wait to see our newest man in black break some British hearts.
